Our Offices
Leaping Sure’s offices are situated in the historic Rufus Smith building built in 1856 in Downtown Perry. The building was recently renovated in
2008 by a local group of investors, including Mike Keller, Leaping Sure’s owner.
A once almost vacant crumbling building now houses 6 thriving business and 2 professional artist studios.
Leaping Sure chose this building to host our offices to contribute to much needed revitalization of small towns.
Leaping Sure opened the new offices in January of 2009. They feature old world architecture,
such as exposed brick detailing, as well as all the modern technological requirements of a computer based business.

Our Team
Mike Keller - Consultant and Owner
Mike Keller received his Computer Science degree from SUNY Brockport and has worked for in IT consulting since 1997. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 1994 and believes whole heartedly in the statement “Once a Marine always a Marine”.
He has two wonderful daughters and a wife that are the center of his life. Both Mike and his wife Jennifer are very involved in the local community and believe it is very important to be proud of where you live. Perry is a wonderful place to raise a family and is full
of great people who also care about their community. When he isn't working or spending time with the family Mike enjoys catching a movie or hanging out in his game room.
Fritz Howard - Consultant and Sales Representative
Fritz has dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Finance from SUNY Geneseo. He has over 25 years of IT and Software Development experience with Rochester area companies including RIT, Kodak, Computer Sciences Corp, EDS, and Citibank.
He and his daughter Emma live in the city where he enjoys photography, jazz piano, and woodworking.
John Turiano - Consultant
John has a Bachelor's degree from SUNY College at Oswego. After working in the Dental Laboratory field for many years he went to Monroe Community College for certificate coursework in Computer Science. He has over 10 years experience working in the IT field on projects for many area companies including Xerox, Kodak and One Communications.
He lives in Fairport with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys biking, camping, canoeing and attending his daughter's many soccer games.
